What I am working on?

I am on vacation from work this week and working on projects. I have this habit of getting bored and not finishing things, so the way I fix that is I work on several things at once. It takes longer to complete one project, but now I actually finish everything. (well, not EVERYTHING - some ideas just don't work or the yarn is wrong, whatever.) I have learned to let go, too. Not every project can be perfect. Sometimes it is far more productive to just move on to something new and wonderful and that you can be excited about again.

On the left is a cashmere scarf I just finished in yellow and violet. I ended up having too much of these two yarns (that never happens), so I am going to "reverse" it and make the violet the main color in another scarf. This Habu cashmere is so lovely and airy. I still need to block the edges and sew in the label, but then it will be ready to go.
On the right is a cotton and tencel summer shawl. This yarn lets the stitch pattern really show.
So many luscious fibers out there to get my hands on!
